Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine I-14. Nicknamed "Iyo". Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Imamura Ayaka.

She has short black hair with a single long strand on her right side, and brown tsurime eyes. Her default (and only) outfit is a school swimsuit shared with her sister I-13: hers has her name emblazoned over her left hip. Over this, she wears a serafuku-style white shirt with a center breast cutouts and white sailor collar, brown neckerchief, and partially fingerless black gloves.

Her rigging consists of headphones with a hat patterned off her real-life bow, her real-life conning tower/hangar on her left arm, and red rudder footwear.

She has a forceful, energetic, proud, and somewhat childish personality, in stark contrast to her much meeker (and far more unfortunate) older sister I-13. She is also sometimes depicted as a drunkard due to the various documented drinking parties that happened on board the historical submarine.
