She has very long brown hair tied into a high ponytail, yellow eyes, and large breasts. She wears a white kimono similar to her sister, with wide sleeves ending in black tips that look like wings of a swan or crane. Her kimono has an attached hood. She wears a red, pleated miniskirt and black kneehighs. Unlike Zuikaku from Kantai Collection, she has large breasts, which often leads to breast envy moments in certain fanarts.
Her rigging is composed of a flight deck at her right hip as well as a katana and sheath that she wields.
She's an energetic, driven girl. She views herself as a rival to Enterprise, pestering her for matches in her lines. She's also very fond of her sister, Shoukaku, mentioning her often in her lines.
