Star Twinkle Precure character. An alien cat girl from Planet Rainbow who seeks the Star Color Pens to save her people. She has multiple personas that she utilizes for her mission, including the phantom thief Blue Cat, the pop idol Mao, and the feline butler Bakenyan. She later gains the ability to transform into Cure Cosmo.
