羊羹 ようかん 양갱
A traditional Japanese sweet (wagashi) made from sugar, agar and beans. Has the appearance of a black, brown, yellow, or green brick.
It can be difficult to distinguish bricks of Uirou from Youkan. When in doubt, use Youkan.
