In the original scene, High Elf Archer asked Priestess if she objects to being slathered with goblin blood and gore to hide the women from the goblins' sense of smell. Priestess simply replied "You get used to it" with empty eyes and a false smile. The Quotable Dialogue and Reaction Face have since been repurposed as a deadpan reaction to shocking or distressingly frequent events such as school shootings and terrorist attacks.
