Yobou Banka, also known by his moniker, the "Boy with goggles," is a minor character that is introduced in Toaru Majutsu no Index. An operative of Academy City's Dark Side organisation SCHOOL, he is the first member of the organization in their debut to be seen.

He has black hair and black eyes with small pupils and irises. He wears a ring-shaped headgear with electrodes as "goggles" around his forehead like a headband. His canonical character art features a white long sleeved shirt, brown pants, and green sneakers for shoes.
