Smug spellcaster duel monster and head of the Witchcrafter guild. She plays a huge role in the Endymion storyline, alongside Aleister and Endymion.
Rilliona the Magistus of Verre is her older form. Or, to be more accurate, her younger form. As Rilliona was killed during Aleister's rampage on the Endymion's citadel, she was revived by her golem servant Aruru as a child afterwards.
In OCG Stories, this was the result of countless magical experiments to retain her youth.
