A person posted an (obviously) fake way to get a Shiny Volcanion on a website known as Wazap!, which resulted in deleting your save data. Someone fell for it and left an angry comment that blew up on the Japanese internet for how similar it sounded to Giorno Giovanna, to the point that someone made a video dubbing the post on to the Vento Aureo anime scene where Giorno defeats Ghiaccio.
