Bakumatsu Rouman character who also appears in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum. He's a member of the Shinsengumi and has a strong sense of justice. He has black straight hair tied in a headband, wears a dark green hakama and a light blue top with white triangle details on the waist and the loose sleeves. His x-shaped scar on his face is possibly reference to Himura Kenshin.
