Qu's brother and originally one of the heirs to the Kowloong Chamber of Commerce. Following disagreements with his sister especially in the matters of the KCC's survival against the Punishing Virus, he embarked on a separate path with the Kowloong Nighter and a copy of Huaxu's data.
