A chart in the December 2010 issue of Miyagi Kensei-Dayori, a public relations magazine published in Miyagi Prefecture. The chart was parodied in Bocchi the Rock! anime as Hiroi Kikuri's alcoholism addiction (which she labels as her "happiness spiral").
