The Vespa P Series of scooters was introduced in 1977 and production continues to today. The P Series is one of the most widely produced motor vehicles in history, manufactured not only by Piaggio in Italy, but also under license and contract by various manufacturers around the world, including India and Indonesia. Specific models include the P125X, P150X, P200E, PX125, PX150, PX200, and some clones or models based off of the P Series include the Bajaj Chetek and Legend, and the LML Star/Belladonna/Genuine Stella 2T and 4T. The P Series was the "Largeframe" models and its "Smallframe" counterpart is the Vespa PK. The P Series is the last all metal bodied, manual transmission "vintage" scooter produced by Vespa.
