In a world where both science and magic exist, songs by girls called ‘utahime’ (songstresses) are needed for magic. However, they need to be kissed by their partner in order to boost their powers. Takeru is one of these guys called ‘soushi’ (instrumentalists) and he is partnered with Kaho at the Cantatrice Music Academy. Then one day, his imouto Asuka who is the top utahime in Japan suddenly shows up and tells him to take responsibility for a kiss!
