UMP45 is portrayed as the older sister of UMP9, sister (mostly young) of UMP40, and is the leader of Squad 404. UMP45 is often portrayed in the fandom as being the butt of flat chest jokes, often from either UMP9 or M37. Would receive a Neural Upgrade. In her appearance in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, she would go by the name Leva.
Her original illustrator Infukun adapted her design from one of Renatus.Z's Pixiv Fantasia characters, Renatus (hence why they are credited as ZAGALA). Following Infukun's departure, other illustrators have picked her up to do her skins. She was previously voiced by Mineuchi Tomomi until she retired from voice acting in December 31, 2022 and is currently voiced by Sasahara Yuu.
