A fictional Russian political party and paramilitary organization, serving as the main enemy faction in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2. Originally founded and led by Imran Zakhaev, thus Vladimir Makarov continued the leadership. Their ideology is radical Russian nationalism, aiming to restore the power, glory and might of the former Soviet Union.

In Modern Warfare 3, the radical faction of the Ultranationalist party became the so-called Inner Circle terrorist group led by Makarov. While the rest of the members were also integrated with the Russian Armed Forces and Spetsnaz after the party's electoral victory.

The Ultranationalists were the major ally and arms supplier for the OpFor in the Middle East, which also helped to bring Khaled al-Asad into power.
