Originally a pair of ceremonial blades belonging to the former Kingdom of Levianta, they were sent to the Eastern country of Jakoku and reforged into a pair of scissors, one Western looking and the other Eastern alike to conceal their identity. Eventually these were inherited to the hands of Sudou Kayo who used them for her infamous killing spree in Enbizaka.
