A battle-hardened cop who joins the second Toushinden simply to fight powerful opponents. In the third tournament, she is partnered with Iwashiro Nagisa to battle the Organization, although their combat styles and personalities are vastly different. Here, Tracy discovers that another fighter named Rachel is her long-lost twin sister, who wants to kill Tracy because she had a better life than her.
