Wearing only a towel wrapped around the body, usually before or after bathing or using an onsen.

If the towel is not being worn, and is only being held in front of the body, use nude cover instead. If it is only worn around the neck, use nude with towel around neck. If there is underwear or a swimsuit underneath, use nearly naked towel.
