A meme based around a particular scene from Ninja Sentai Kakuranger episode 46, titled "The New Year's Manga Hell". The scene takes place where the titular Kakurangers are trapped in an illusion made by Mujina, the youkai of the episode. One of the scenes involve Saizou/Ninja Blue in a hospital room, and the titular phrase is spoken by a patient inexplicably dressed as an American-style policeman, much to Saizou's confusion, before said patient shoots at Saizou.
