Tirpitz is a personification of a German Battleship Tirpitz and the second of two Bismarck-class battleships built for Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine prior to and during the Second World War. The character is yet to appear in Kantai Collection, however until to this day she hasn't appeared in the game.
