A Metroid character that debuted in Metroid Prime Hunters as a rival and in multiplayer one of the seven playable Bounty Hunters.
He harbors an extreme hatred for the Galactic Federation and Samus Aran by proxy, and seems to silently track her movements. His power suit and ship, the Delano 7, is stolen Federation property.
Visually he is entirely covered with an angular blue suit that is lit with neon trims. Attached to his right arm is a mounted weapon that shoots electricity called the Shock Coil.
