The name for the character featured on a booklet about the Olympic Games, published in China. It is poorly drawn and apparently copied from a Suzumiya Haruhi poster. It had since been parodied in many doujin pics, and in Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei (both manga and anime). It somewhat reflects the rampant piracy/copycat behavior in China.
