The fourth and last Titan faced by Super Sonic in Sonic Frontiers. A large, humanoid entity that wields an arm cannon. It has a predominantly white and red color scheme, unlike the other Titans' black and grey.
After the battle, Supreme is operated by Sage to aid Sonic on a last stand against The End, a creature weakened and sealed by the Titans ages ago.
In the game's Another Story campaign, added in The Final Horizon update, instead of fighting alone, the End will connect itself to the Titan, making it grow extra arms and walk on all fours. Super Sonic must then sever their connection and use his corruption's power to destroy them.
