One of two sets of stairs at the Suga Shrine in Shinjuku, Tokyo (Google Maps, 35° 41′ 6″ N, 139° 43′ 21″ E). Specifically, this is the northeastern entrance to the shrine.
It is prominently featured in Kimi no Na wa.'s official art, as well as fanart and parodies.
