A Bungou Stray Dogs character, based off the real-life novelist/politician Yuujirou Suehiro (better known by his pen name Tetchou, 1849-1896). Voiced by Azakami Youhei.
He has short brown hair with an ahoge, and brown eyes with upside-down marks under his left eye. His outfit consists of a black gakuran worn under a red cloak, and a red beret.
