腹の虫 腹の音
Rumbling or gurgling noises produced by the stomach, usually as a sign of hunger or an empty stomach. It can also be caused by a stomach ache, diarrhea, or digestion.
Usually represented in Japanese with the sound "guu" (ぐう), and sometimes with wavy lines near the character’s stomach.
