The tag should be used only if at least all Progenies that were accessible at the time of the making of the picture are the focus of it. Again, Stay Gold herself is a late arrival and the picture might focus specifically on her progeny, so she's optional. Progenies of progenies are also optional (and are currently limited to Lucky Lilac and Marche Lorraine, both Orfevre progenies).
Notoriously known by the Japanese horse racing fanbase for their "quirky personalities" as their real life counterparts are... strange at best.
