A seemingly malevolent A.I. that serves as the true antagonist and final boss of Kirby: Planet Robobot. It is the so-called "Mother Computer" that runs most if not all of the operations of the Haltmann Works Company.

When President Haltmann resorts to using it to defeat Kirby, Susie attempts to steal the computer from him for her own benefit. Star Dream, having slowly gained sentience from Haltmann over time, quickly retaliates and gains control of Haltmann's mind.

With a newfound soul, it carries out an attack to destroy all organic life in the universe. It takes the combined efforts of Kirby, his Robobot Armor, and the Halberd (courtesy of Meta Knight) to take it down and save the day once more.

An interesting thing to note is that as the Halberd wears down the Mother Computer's defenses, it shows its true form: A cat-like mechanical comet. This along with Marx Soul's flavor text and Magolor's mention of "clockwork stars" very heavily implies that Star Dream, along with Galactic Nova, are only two of many wish-granting, godlike machines created by an ancient civilization.
