Merchant NPC from Splatoon. Called Daunii in the Japanese version.
A homeless sea urchin that lives in the alleyways of Inkopolis. Players can request gear from other players through him, though he asks for higher prices than how they'd normally go for in their respective stores. If one gives him a Super Sea Snail, he can outfit the players' gear with an extra ability slot.
