Rosenkreuzstilette's main heroine. A girl dressed in Gothic lolita who is easily noticeable by her hair held in a large ponytail by an ahoge and her silver cross hairpin and often accompanied by her fairy friend Lilli. Proud, straightforward, and honest, she is also naive and often takes things at a face value. She is also a bit of a klutz, as well as a terrible swimmer. Despite that, she has a strong sense of justice. She is respected by the members of the Holy Empire and is good friends with Freudia Neuwahl. Her friends call her "Tia" for short.
Her weapon is Seelegewehr, which lets her shoot energy in the form of bullets. She can also copy the abilities of opponents upon their defeat, just like Mega Man.
