Sin (stylized as SiN) is a 1998 FPS PC game developed by Ritual Entertainment, made up of former 3D Realms staff who worked on Duke Nukem 3D and published by Activision.

Set in the year 2037 in the megacity of Freeport, the player controls John R. Blade, the commander of an elite private security force, HardCorps, as he along with his Mission Control J.C. Armack take on the SinTEK corporation led by Elexis Sinclaire, who wants to take over the world.

The game would later have an expansion pack, SiN: Wages of Sin, which was developed by 2015 Inc and release in 1999. Both the original game and expansion pack would be bundled together under the name SiN Gold and release on Steam and GOG.com. A remastered version of the game developed by Nightdive Studios and 3D Realms is currently in the works.

A 2000 anime movie, SiN The Movie, was released by ADV Films. While the movie is based on the game, it is set in an Alternate Universe with several changes like being set in 2070 and Blade being a cyborg.

The game would later have a sequel, SiN Episodes, in 2006 where the player takes control of Blade again as he continues his fight against Elexis and the SinTEK corporation along with his new partner, Jessica Cannon. The game was originally intended to be 9-part episodic series which the player could buy new episodes on Steam with the first episode being Emergence. However, the game didn't sell well, leading to the cancellation of future episodes along with many of the original staff of Ritual Entertainment leaving and the studio shutting down in 2007 after being acquired by MumboJumbo.

Since being acquired by 3D Realms, the SiN games are also part of the Ion Fury universe.
