A 2013 cooking manga written by Tsukuda Yuuto and illustrated by Saeki Shun. It was adapted into an anime for the spring 2015 anime block with a second season airing in summer 2016. A third season followed in spring 2018 and then a fourth in autumn 2019.
The story revolves around Yukihira Souma, a teenage culinary prodigy sent by his father Jouichirou to Tootsuki Tea Ceremony and Culinary Institute, an elite academy with a graduation rate of 1%, where he encounters several friends and rivals, including Nakiri Erina, the haughty granddaughter of the school headmaster.
