Shin-Ah (シンア) is the current Seiryuu (Blue Dragon in english), one of the four Dragon Warriors and he possessed the blood of the blue dragon deity. His power lies in his eyes where he has the power to cause hallucinations and paralyze an opponent with his gaze.
