In Black Lagoon, Shenhua is a Taiwanese assassin who works for Mr. Chang. She is very deadly with a variety of blades, though her grasp of languages other than her native tongue is somewhat lacking. She and Revy do not get along too well and are just as often enemies as they are friends, but they have joined forces on several occasions to take down a mutual enemy.
