A coating released with the Capriccio frame itself, Irisfall Ballad is a formal white backless dress with detached white collar with frilled skirt with a band of see-through skirt layer underneath. Other clothing elements such as a blue back bow that is detached and floating, and a pair of white gloves.

Has similar physical appearance as the default coating, Irisfall Ballad kept her purple eyes and black hair, hair style is now a updo hair bun with side braids, adorned with pearl and feather hair ornaments, wears a single dangle earring with pearl blue gem and a cross ornament. On top of her left arm being mechanical, her right leg now also mechanical.
