An "infohazard" (anomaly characterized by information which creates supernatural phenomena when recorded or expressed in speech or writing) that can only be safely described by using pictograms; describing it by writing in plain text causes a jet-black, tentacled humanoid to appear in the area and disappear with the recording medium, while describing it verbally causes the creature to appear and disappear with the speaker, who either is irrevocably teleported elsewhere or ceases to exist.
