Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon character. The true form of Chibi Chibi from the very distant future. She only has a small cameo in the 90s anime. She is voiced by Kitagawa Keiko in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal, who likewise played the role of Hino Rei/Sailor Mars in the tokusatsu drama Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon.
