She wears a black tiara, a black frilled choker, a black coat over her shoulders, a navy blue dress with multiple diamond-shaped cutouts, black gloves, black thighhighs, and navy blue high heels. She regains Excalibur Morgan as her close-range weapon, and swaps out her water gun pistol for a water gun rifle.
