A Chinese hero and legend, Ryofu was bored and wanted more adventures, so he entered the World Heroes competition when prompted by Dr. Brown.

Ryofu was born in ancient China in 11XX.

The character is based in the legendary Chinese general and warlord, Lü Bu.
