A major ally in Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 2.
Introduced as a Nazi officer researching and experimenting on the Pillar Man Santana. Eventually, he and his unit cooperate with the Hamon users to stop the threat of the Pillar Men. Famous for his phrase "German science is the best in the world!".
