The final member of the M4A1-led AR Team, appearing after circumstances prevent M4 from leading the team for a time. Would receive a Neural Upgrade.

In the sequel Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, RO appears as Robella. She is voiced by Fukuhara Ayaka.
