The upgraded form of Richard P. Leary. Changes from her base form are her dress changing from grey color to blue, and her rigging changes from a camouflage color pattern to Measure 22 paint scheme, with red, blue, and grey color in distinct layers.
Leary also gains two stars on her collar, one silver and one bronze, like her sister Johnston.
