Originally from 1960s London, Great Britain, Regulus was a Pirate Radio DJ who broadcast her favorite rock songs with her partner, APPLe, on her own boat, before a series of events leads her to join Vertin as one of her first companions.
Regulus is voiced by Carina Reeves in English and Yamamoto Nozomi in Japanese.
