Dokidoki! Precure character. A mysterious girl who first appears briefly in episode 12, then fully introduced in episode 13. She is revealed early on to be King Jikochuu's daughter.
In the epilogue light novel, which takes place after the series, Regina fused with Madoka Aguri with Ai-chan's help, transforming her into her own Pretty Cure form, Cure Joker.
