Rapid Builder is a horse girl with purple eyes and long greenish-blonde (resembling a gold tint) hair with asymmetrical bangs. She wears rectangular-framed glasses and has a brown scrunchie on her right ear.

Rapid Builder is not directly named after a real-life horse, but her anime role and race finish position makes her a veiled allusion to Rascal Suzuka, the real-life half brother of Silence Suzuka.
