Known as Blues in Japan, he is the first Robot Master ever created by Dr. Light (DLN-000), even before Mega Man himself. Considered the "older brother" of Mega Man and Roll, he is a lone wolf and a rival-mentor to Mega Man. He first appeared in Mega Man 3.
