A character in Project Wingman serving as the player's WSO when flying a two-seater aircraft. In the story, she's normally just a member of your squadron's ground crew, and she only serves as your WSO because she is the only member of Sicario who can physically handle Monarch's aggressive flying style.
While almost exclusively called Prez, her full tac-name is "President", to match the player being called "Monarch".
