Initial comic pages featured Silence Suzuka as the somewhat starry-eyed protagonist character (hence the title), though the series would quickly pivot into making Oguri Cap (with her appetite and background chant) as well as a tiny Rice Shower (with Manhattan Cafe's... café) as protagonists of their own interconnected mini-series.
As per 'Hisahiko tradition' (cf. Haruna Weather and Lucky Day Prinny), some of the characters have altered personalities compared to their canon (and general fanon) counterparts, though this adds to their unique charm and heartwarming feels.
Can be considered the 'primary' series as characters from other copyrights tend to make an appearance here first before being spun-off into their own fan comic series.
