The tale of a man whom luck would not allow to be a regular Admiral, and facing the artillery of a Wo-Class Aircraft Carrier, decides to bluff his way into becoming an Abyssal Admiral. So begins a string of events that turn the sparse bands of sea-monster girls into a formidable, nigh-immortal, mostly-organized navy/harem of sea-monster girls (and some non-Abyssal deserter ships).
