Communist dictator of Cambodia during the 1970s. One of the biggest mass murderers in terms of percentage of population killed (~1/4 of the entire country according to some sources). Attempted to invade Vietnam in 1977, only the Vietnamese counter-invaded and overthrew his regime. He lived the rest of his life in exile, dying in 1998.
